Introduced a tracking ID for request lookup services.

As a reminder, approximately 30 days ahead of the upcoming enforcement, Zoom will be enforcing a new minimum version for the following areas on May 2, 2026:
The following IPv4 subnets will be removed from the Zoom Meeting, Zoom Contact Center, and Cloud Room Connector services. These IPv4 ranges no longer host resources and will be removed from Zoom’s inventory starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice. Due to this, we recommend that network administrators, with Zoom-specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible in preparation.
In addition, the Firewall rules for the Zoom table have been updated with additional domains necessary for logging into Zoom. The additional domains are as follows:

No operational impact is expected. This maintenance introduces the following new features and improvements:
Enabled range-based filtering for batch file downloads to support AI-powered workflows. Enhanced file metadata queries to more accurately detect encryption status and infer original file size. Added support for updating existing file content via external links. Fixed an issue where Zoom Clips users could not import pptx files for AI content creation. Fixed an issue where attachments uploaded by KMS-encrypted accounts could silently lose encryption, resulting in unprotected files. Improved error messaging when external file imports fail, giving users clearer and more actionable failure reasons.
All services are expected to operate normally during the maintenance window.

Zoom will perform service maintenance at our Singapore data center starting at 8:00 PM SGT (5 AM Pacific) on 10th April 2026. Zoom Phone users registered to the Singapore data center will be automatically registered in an alternative data center. During the maintenance window, a brief disconnection may be experienced and notifications may be missed. If you get disconnected, the system will attempt to reconnect you automatically.
If you are a BYOC (Bring Your Own Carrier) customer, please ensure that your Session Border Controller (SBC) is configured with alternate routing to Zoom’s Tokyo data center in addition to the Singapore data center. During the maintenance window, connectivity to Zoom’s Singapore data center will be blocked which will force calls from the Session Border Controller (SBC) to failover to Zoom’s Tokyo data center. Traffic will continue to be routed through the Zoom Singapore data center once the maintenance is completed.
