Zoom is continuously optimizing our global footprint to improve performance and availability for our customers. With this in mind, Zoom plans to decommission our Conference Room Connector (CRC) services in our India legacy data centers and move services to our newer India data centers. The locations we are moving out of and their replacements, are listed in the tables below.
Zoom customers using Conference Room Connector (CRC) to connect to Zoom meetings using Zoom CRC DNS domain names for India region migrate to new DNS in2.zoomcrc.com
Zoom customers using Conference Room Connector (CRC) to connect to Zoom meetings using the CRC IP addresses for the old data centers must begin using the new CRC IP addresses listed in the table before the decommissioning date of February 27, 2026.
Please be advised that Zoom meeting invites sent before February 7, 2026 may list the old CRC IP addresses.

Old data center MB CRC IP address: 115.114.131.7
