The following new and updated IP addresses will be deployed to Zoom resources for the Zoom Contact Center (ZCC) Flow Script and HTTP Call widgets, as well as the Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) HTTP call widget, AI expert assist, and knowledge base sync endpoints. In addition, a subset of addresses that were previously assigned to the widgets have already been removed from service and will not be reassigned until after the maintenance window. We recommend that network administrators, with Zoom-specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible in preparation.
