The published IP range for Zoom Meeting and Zoom Phone services has been updated from 192.204.12.0/22 to 192.204.12.0/23. We recommend that network administrators, with Zoom-specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible in preparation.
Mask change for Zoom Phone and Zoom Meetings service: 192.204.12.0/22 changed to 192.204.12.0/23
In addition, Zoom has updated the published IP range files to remove redundant entries that were fully contained within larger, overlapping subnet blocks for the Zoom Phone and ZoomCDN. This does not introduce any new IP ranges or remove any active ranges from service. The following adjustments have been made:
ZoomPhone.txt: Two redundant entries, 173.231.92.0/24 and 173.231.94.0/24, were removed, as both are fully contained within the existing 173.231.80.0/20 range already listed in the same file.
ZoomCDN-IPv6.txt: Two adjacent entries, 2407:30c0:180::/48 and 2407:30c0:181::/48, were consolidated into a single 2407:30c0:180::/47.
While the ranges have been consolidated for the ZoomPhone.txt file, additional files have been generated for the individual Zoom Phone rules, specifically: ZoomPhone-TCP443.txt ZoomPhone-TCP5091.txt ZoomPhone-TCP390.txt ZoomPhone-UDP3478.txt ZoomPhone-UDP20000-64000.txt
These updates have no operational impact. Network administrators do not need to take any action unless they maintain custom scripts or automation that reference the previous redundant entries
We have also updated the Zoom CRC JSON file to reflect the current domains utilized for joining Zoom Meetings.
