IP Address Changes In addition to the data center changes, the following new and updated IP subnet ranges will be deployed to Zoom resources for the Zoom Contact Center (ZCC) Flow Script and HTTP Call widgets, as well as the Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) HTTP call widget, AI expert assist, and knowledge base sync endpoints.
New IPv4 addresses for the ZCC Flow Script widget and HTTP Call widget endpoints: 3.9.26.103 3.9.162.31 13.43.145.150 13.134.72.26 129.80.58.73 137.131.11.103

Protocol Change Finally, the table for CDN rules has been updated to include the use of the UDP and TCP protocols for HTTP/HTTPS and HTTP/3 delivery. Due to this, we recommend that network administrators, with Zoom-specific firewall or network rules, update their systems. This update is only for the protocol; no changes have been made to the destination addresses used for CDN.
