Announcing IP Address Changes (No Operational Impact)

The following new IPv4 subnet ranges will be deployed to Zoom resources for the Zoom Contact Center (ZCC) Flow Script and HTTP Call widgets, as well as the Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) Flow Script widget endpoints, starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice. We recommend that network administrators, with Zoom-specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible in preparation.

In addition to the changes above, additional addresses for the Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) HTTP call widget, AI expert assist, and knowledge base to sync content endpoints have been deployed and are in use. We recommend that network administrators, with Zoom-specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible.
